Unload huge fused RHDS catalyst reactors in an extremely tight schedule by hydro-drill solution.

NSRP plant consists of 2 Modules of RHDS, each has 6 big reactors with appr. 1500 m3 of catalyst which becomes hard over one year of operation and to be changed out in only 11 days in order to maintain the continuous operation of the whole refinery. With the unique hydro-drill technology, together with our strategic partner- CR ASIA, Ngan Hai has successfully delivered the change-out for both modules in 2019.
